Imagine Nation Monday Challenge with Emma

This week's challenge was to incorporate buttons into an Imagine project. I used images that were printed and cut from the Imagine along with a piece of patterned paper. I added lace and buttons to the card. I recently returned my Imagine because I felt that it was "not enough bang for the buck"! Now, I'm having withdrawals! I miss it! I will most likely wait until it drops in price before I buy it again. Until now I'll enjoy the few images that I have left from when I had the Imagine. Thanks for stopping by! ;)

Made by Momo Challenge

I was in dire need of crafting therapy and openly submitted myself to a session. Lol! I have been too busy with life lately that I haven't crafted since my last post. I made time to make a card this evening.

I made a card for Momo's challenge, make a card with some type of embossing. Here is my take on the challenge. I used the Basic Grey Oliver Paper Pad & Christmas Cheer cartridge. Thanks for stopping by my blog! ;)

This is Emma's & Sarah's (Pink Cricut)first ever Imagine Nation Monday! The challenge is to create anything with your Imagine; however, you have to use a stamped image or sentiment. You still have time to particpate since the deadline is October 24.

For this card I used the Nursery Tails Imagine Cartridge, pink & kraft cardstock, itty bitty clothes pins, stickles, a piece of kitchen twine & a Paper Studio clear stamp.

MPS Day 2 of Countdown to Karlee Challenge...

While my daughter was doing her homework, I took advantage and completed a card for MPS Challenge for today. It was not much of a challenge since I had the time and all I had to do was create something cute. Here is my take on the challenge.

For this card I used the Straight from the Nest cartridge, cardstock, kraft paper, dots embossing folder, stickles, Hero Arts stamp, & some Target dollar bin ribbon. Thanks for stopping by!

MPS Saturday Challenge

Robyn from My Pink Stamper has a challenge going on right now. The challenge is to create something "winterish". Great cards have been created so check them out. Here is my take on the challenge. I used the Snow Friends cartridge, a Studio G clear stamp, Crate Paper Snow Day Collection (which I LOVE by the way), Crystal Stickles, kraft paper, and cardstock for this project. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Have a great week everyone!

My Pink Stamper It's a SPOOKY Challenge...

Two posts in one day - that's definitely a first! So much for my workout today. ;) I joined Robyn's Spooky Challenge instead. I created two simple cards and a mini album. Thanks for stopping by my blog.

I used my Gypsy to weld two tombstones together for the base of the card. I wrote Tomb It May Concern since I don't own the actual stamp from Robyn's Spooky Puns Stamp Set. It was too cute not to use. Inside the card it says... Spooky Frightful Scary Happy Halloween.

For this card, I used Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge, TH distress inks & stickles. Finally, here is the "BOO" Mini Album that I created just like the Imagine More Mini Album.

My Pink Stamper Imagine That Wednesday Challenge...

This is my first challenge with Robyn "My Pink Stamper" & I'm so excited. For this challenge we were asked to create a project using our Cricut Imagine. Here's my take on this challenge.

Does the chipboard used in the mini book look somewhat familiar? It should because I took a Michael's square scalloped chipboard mini book and cut it in half and made two mini's out of one. I took one of the chipboard mini's and used TH distress ink to give the chipboard some color. I then started "Imagining". ;) I basically mixed prints, images, & sentiments from the Imagine More Cartridge for each page of the mini. Then I "blinged it up" using bling and Stickles! Finally, I used twine to hold it together. Thanks for stopping by my blog! Have a great weekend everyone!

Also check out a post from last week where I showcased several basic cards made with Cricut Imagine Images. ">

Papertrey Sept Blog Hop

Here's the Challenge:

"One of the most fun things about this hobby is the people you meet, whether in person or online, and the things you learn from them. Now is your chance to show off any skills you might have learned from a fellow stamper, and perhaps even give them a little shout out to thank them for the inspiration they have provided. Create a project using one of your favorite learned skills and perhaps after a little blog hopping, we will ALL learn some new tips and tricks and continue to pass on the love of this hobby!"

Kristina Werner know as StarofMay on YouTube or you may have seen her on Two Peas in a Bucket's YouTube Channel or even her blog: http://www.kwernerdesign.com/blog
She has been a true inspiration for me. I learned so much from Kristina and she continues to blow me away with creative cards.

I would be safe to say that Kristina introduced me into the stamping world. Geez I was missing out on the best thing ever before then... I love stamping!! I buy stamps all the time now (I actually own stamps that I've never used but don't we all?). Kristina also inspired me to make small cards, use kraft paper, and use a corner chomper (not necessarily on all 4 corners). Check out Kristina if you haven't already! I love her! If you watch her vids, you will definitely hear Mannie and you may even catch a glimpse of him if your lucky. ;)

Here is a card that I've created using stamps, designer paper, kraft paper, and twine.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and continue hopping... Have a beautiful weekend everyone!

My Creative Time TTB Challenge #98

Emma from My Creative Time for Me really challenged us this week for the TTB Challenge. We were not allowed to use any Cricut Machine! What? You heard me correctly - NO CRICUT MACHINE. Here is my take on the challenge. I cut out a monster & Door from Imaginery Friends by My Little Shoebox paper. For the card and base of the card I used other cardstock. I added a stamped sentiment, stickles, pop dots, and of course bling. Thanks for stopping by my blog!

Cards made with the Cricut Imagine

I purchased the Imagine and received it on Monday. I have been playing with it for a few hours every day. I'm still debating whether I'll keep it or not. For now, I'm taking advantage of it. Here are some cards that I created with Imagine images. Thanks for stopping by & have a beautiful weekend!

Mary at CardzTV on YouTube is having a Halloween Card Challenge. She makes some great cards so check her out if you haven't done so. Here is my submission.

I used PDDU cartridge to cut the frog, potion bottles, & cauldron. Then I used TH distress inks to create the background of the card. Cotton for the illusion of boiling water, a Halloween stamp and viola! Thanks for stopping by my blog! ;)

My Creative Time Challenge Entry - Frame It

Here is this week's challenge! I decided to make a card for my daughter since she starts middle school on Monday since I already planned on participating in the challenge. I used a number of cartridges for this card as well as my gypsy to weld the apples together. Thanks for stopping by!
